Traineeships to strengthen the region’s labor market

The region has been developing a unique and innovative environment. One where companies, governments, and educational & social institutions are united to strengthen the labor market of Zeeland. That is why AddVision has developed Talent for Zeeland. With educational, dynamic, and practical traineeships, we want to keep and attract new talent to the region.

During the one-and-a-half-year traineeship, (fresh) graduates are prepared to become all-around young professionals. For four days a week, they work for top employers in Zeeland on at least two relevant, challenging and impactful assignments in one or more departments.

On Fridays, they work on their personal and professional development within the traineeship program, organized by AddVision in collaboration with Dockwize, HZ University of Applied Sciences, Zeeuwland, Adrz, and the Province of Zeeland. This program includes personal assessments in communication and behavioral styles, as well as practice with soft and hard skills, innovation techniques, and project management skills.

In this way, the trainees are prepared for the next step, aiming to discover where their strengths lie, what their ambitions are and in what kind of organization and/or department they want to develop themselves further.

As founder of Talent for Zeeland, AddVision takes care of the project and program management, financing, and communication as well as the recruitment and selection of trainees. Furthermore, our role entails finding and connecting new clients and cooperation partners. For instance, AddVision, in collaboration with the mentioned partners, has written a funding application and submitted it to the “Human Capitol Agenda of Zeeland in Stroomversnelling” this funding has been granted.
